Wedding and Anniversary

The mountains right by Rosanas' parents house it had just rained. It reminds me of being out at Grandpa Olsons' house.

Mom I promise I didn't do it.

Doing the wedding rehearsal.

Dang I really thinkI married a very attractive man especially when he is in a tux.

what a good looking group of brothers.

Steve helping Nick with his Tux.

Wedding party.

The bride coming in.

Rosanas' Nephew Tyler helping her with her dress.

Genaro Rosanas' dad giving her away.

The exchange of the rings.

Introducing the new Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Rieth

Ok lets start this shin dig!!!!

Tim are you feet a little sore?

This I thought was interesting the picture on their cake was the picture that they used for their wedding announcement and they had found a way of lazering it on the sugar. So the picture is completely edible.

Steve doing the traditional Best man toast.

Tim caught the garter. He has this look of great now what do I do.

The first dance.

How sweet.

The best of Friends. Tim brother Steve (my husband) brother Nick and there best friend Taylor.

Nick carrying his bride. How sweet.

Steve and Tim had to do the traditional decorating of the vehicle.

You can't see it very well but we stopped along the way to glass the hill side that was behind us. and this 5x5 Elk was laying on the side of the rode and when we stopped he started to run. man I can't wait till its hunting season hopefully I get to see him again.

I was really proud of Draco. He ran all the way in and all the way out. and the trail up to this lake is about 10 miles going 18 miles an hour.

An old cabin we saw on the trail.

I just don't understand how grass can grow out of a log like this.

The color of the lake was just unbelievable. You could see to the bottom and see the fish swimming around. But man was the water colder then ice.

This is where the water comes into the lake.

Steve and I making memories!! It really was an amazing day.

We camped a couple mountains down from Grouse Creek.

Our very humble table setting. The Bouquet of flowers Steve went and picked out from the table arrangements we made for Nick and Rosana. It was very beautiful.

My sweet husband in cooking our dinner. I tell you what I don't think it could have tasted any better if I would have cooked it myself.

This is the beautiful dinner that we sat down and ate on our 1yr. anniversary. Steak, Mashed potatoes, A little A1 and some Andres Pink Campaign.

The shot on the left in the outer orange box and the one to the right and a little ways up from the orange box were my shots the rest were Steves'.

Steve trying to hit the target.

Me shooting Steves' .270. I have a small bruise on my shoulder but not to brag or anything but I was actually a better shooter then Steve was. I was only three inches off the target.

Before we left to meet up with Ken and Judy at Horse haven pass we went antler scouting. Unfortunately we found nothing.

Dad trying to hold Draco and Grandpa holding Dominick so he wouldn't hurt Dracos' back.

The last day of our trip we went and spent the night at Horse haven with Ken and Judy and with some good friends Calvin and his wife Sandy. And Dominick thought that trying to ride Draco as if he was a horse was a pretty cool thing. And the last night that we were there we acxtually heard real Coyotes howling in the hills maybe 600 yrds away.

This is how Dominick slept in the motor home on the way back from May.

The under side of the Conk!!!!!!! Catherine had to correct me I thought it was a mushroom that grow on trees but it apperantly is the "shelflike fuiting body of certain wood-decaying fungi,". But it sure smells like a mushroom!!! : )

The side that was attached to the tree

My accomplishments

Dominick's Toy box. We made this out of some old RDF boards we had at the house. It didn't turn out how I wanted it to I had some old paint that I thought that I could use up and well lets just say that OLD was an under statement. It was to have red underneath then have a crackled blue on top and with all of the colors I was going to write TOYS on the top in a really cute font. However the red turned out pink the blue was rock solid so I used the green and it came out a turquoise so Steve grabbed some of our spray can paint and we went to town. I was REALLY unsure of it at first and now its growing on me. The one good thing about it is when he gets to the stage of writing on the walls I won't have to worry about him writing on this.
My in the progress craft table. where the white board is that will be covered in felt to hold my fabric pieces up so I can work on quilts. The board below that I will use for cutting and sewing. I have one coat of clear finish on and a few more here in a couple of days. And all of my fabric is separated into Tupperware that will go on the shelves and underneath.

My double wedding ring quilt that I just finished for a friends wedding!!!! NOW after about four months in the making.

My cute little pillows that I just finished. The green and tan is the color scheme that I am wanting to use in the upstairs. And thank the heavens Steve actually likes them so that is a really big bonus!!!!!!!

The flower box that we put around the railing of our deck. So as the flowers grow they will drape over the sides of the box.
